- Some parts of the printer have reached the end of their life.
- Toggle flashing lights and alternating paper in the printer panel.
 
DOES NOT work for ERROR or GENERAL ERROR only when it comes to reset.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Make the purchase of this item.
2. Install the printer by USB connection on the computer.
3. Install the Anydesk Software on your computer (link: https://forumsulink.com.br/files/file/405-anydesk-remoto-to-software/).
4. Send message to WhatsApp (41) 99855-6959 with the order number and the code that appears in Anydesk.
5. Let's combine a schedule to do Remote Access and do the procedures.
6. Sulink Technician will do remote access and general reset.
7. Confirm the reset, remove the reset program (uninstall, but if client opts we can leave it installed) and finalize the service.
